Preliminary Study Of Landscape Design And Construction Coordinated Management Mode

People’s living standards constantly improve in the New Century,requirements of residents greening, landscaping living environment are getting higher,how to build a boutique garden project,has become the most popular topic nowadays.A good landscape works, not only related to inseparable excellent inspiration Creative designers, but also closely related to skilled construction craft engineers.Domestic construction projects of landscape, often due to many causes deviation of the design and the actual construction.Therefore, to fully embody design ideas and concepts, creating a good landscape, it is necessary to solve the problem of the design and construction of the docking.However, the research on the design and construction coordination and management are small,less discussed on the coordination of management mode.This article take collaborative management theory as a basis for collaborative research,combine with construction site experience of author,through research and analysis on the relationship between literature landscape design and other domestic and foreign construction, use field research, inductive analysis method,with practice on landscape design and construction of the project coordination and management of a study mode,and get the following conclusions:(1)Landscape design and landscape construction are mutually independent and interdependent relationship, as landscape projects in sub-variables, the effectiveness of the overall project co-occurrence.(2)Various kinds of landscape design and construction problems occur at different stages of the project, the design side and the construction side need to take full account of culti-angle, reducing the problem.(3)By studying the traditional model of discovery, design and construction of a lack of supervision in coordination,try to select the pattern of supervisors to control the effects of landscape project construction process, conducive to project quality, schedule, cost management.(4)This steering system management model will be analyzed in project practice to phases, summarized results of the performance of supervisory management model. The results show that, management mode used in landscape engineering supervision system based landscape design and construction coordination, is feasibility and practicality.The results not only can provide a reference to construction of garden projects, but also is the innovations of this article.
