| With electric power industry system reform continued to deepen, the power grid operation and management is gradually moving towards centralization, unification and modernization, in the backdrop of the smart grid development, which has the function of prepaid intelligent watt-hour meter comprehensive application, the electricity recovery, remote control, put forward the new demand, monitoring service object is no longer just for power supply enterprise, electricity customers also need timely, accurately grasp and verify the intelligent watt-hour meter prepaid amount, remaining power, report to the police power and state information such as the jump(us) brake.Both power supply enterprises provide effective service to the power customer needs, and guarantee the need of normal daily life, the traditional artificial field inspection cannot meet the demand, the development of information technology and the continuous improvement of the electricity information collection system, to advance the monitoring, electricity top-up to realize the automation and real-time remote, provided the opportunity.This paper designed a remote prepayment system based on the marketing technological upgrading projects in 2014 of Huizhou power supply bureau. The main work are as follows:(1) Through the literature research, this paper analyzed the current application status ofprepayment system at home and abroad, determined the construction principles of thesystem;(2) This paper planned the functions of the remote prepayment system, mainly includecustomer management, electric power sales and terminal functions;(3) Selected the hardware model and determined the system configuration of sixplatforms of the remote prepayment system;(4) Designed the data interface between the system and marketing MIS system, solvedthe problems of data integrity and integration to insure the accuracy of data.(5) Determined the way to realize the main functions of the remote prepayment system;(6) Analyzed the proceeds of the system application. |
