In the process of human resource management,performance management plays a core role,which directly affects the development of enterprises.With the development of economic globalization,the concept and mode of performance management in China are constantly updated.Among them,electric power industry as one of the most basic industries in China,its performance management system can be effectively operated,will have a direct impact on the national and even regional power grid enterprises to play the relevant management functions.And indirectly affect the power enterprise organizational structure,supervision and management of the operation of the mechanism.The researcher worked in Dongguan Power supply Bureau for more than ten years,and was familiar with the human resource management of Dongguan Power supply Bureau.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the continuous expansion of the business scale of grass-roots power supply sub-bureaus and the continuous increase of human resources management work,It makes the society put forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of power supply sub-bureau and public service at the grass-roots level,so that in the process of human resource management,especially the performance management,the problem of insufficient adaptability becomes more and more prominent in the sub-bureau of power supply at the grass-roots level.Based on this,this paper chooses Dongguan Power supply Bureau basic level Power supply Sub-bureau as the research object,and studies the performance management of its employees.Research.In this paper,first of all,the background and significance of the research,ideas and methods to elaborate;Secondly,through the combination of domestic and foreign relevant literature materials,the related theory of employee performance management and its domestic and foreign research review are summarized,thus providing a theoretical basis for this research;In addition,taking the Dongguan Power supply Bureau as an example,this paper first investigates and analyzes the management of the employees of the Dongguan Power supply Bureau at the level and its performance appraisal system at the present stage,and then by means of questionnaire investigation and literature research,This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the performance management of employees in the basic level power supply sub-bureau of Dongguan Power supply Bureau,and designs and optimizes the staff performance management.Related organization system;Finally,in view of the reasons for the problems in the above-mentioned staff performance evaluation system,from the determination of the objectives and principles of the performance evaluation system,the design of the content of the performance system,the design and improvement of the staff growth system and the salary system,Starting with the construction of enterprise culture,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the staff performance management system of Dongguan Power supply Bureau.In order to ensure that the staff performance management is in line with the development goals and sustainable development requirements of Dongguan Power supply Bureau,the construction of strategic-oriented performance management system can be realized,so as to promote the promotion of social and economic benefits.
