Gear transmission is one of the most important and widely used equipment in mechanical transmission.To a certain extent,the technical level of gear production is an important symbol to measure the level of development of a country's machinery industry.Cycloid drive is a new type of gear transmission which is actively studied and developed at home and abroad at present.It has lots of advantages,such as small in size,light in weight,large transmission ratio range,high transmission efficiency,stable transmission,low noise,reliable operation,long service life and so on,which make it possible to be widely used in various industrial fields.At present,although there is a set of more mature design method,but its design efficiency is low,and the design cycle is long.In order to solve this problem,this paper does secondary development for PRO/ENGINEER based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005(VS2005 for short)platform.A parametric design system of the planetary transmission of the gear wheel is developed.The system has a friendly man-machine interaction interface.We can use this system to realize rapid interactive parametric modeling of main components of the reducer,such as cycloidal,pin wheel,eccentric,boom bearings,input shaft etc.In the analysis of the strength of gear and other parts,the efficiency of the traditional analysis method is low,and the calculation process is complex.Therefore,we use the finite element method analyzed the contact situation of pin swing transmission structure,which is the key structure of the transmission device.In order to improve the efficiency of finite element analysis,this paper treats the parametric design idea as a guide,all the models that will be used for analysis are established by the method of parametric method,it can be generated by modifying the parameters;Meanwhile,in order to achieve a better control of the analysis process,this paper design a user interface and add a custom toolbar button by using both UIDL and APDL language.By inputting the corresponding parameters,the program can automatically complete the model of the finite element analysis process.Through the analysis we can get the deformation of the cycloid,equivalent stress cloud,equivalent strain cloud and contact stress and other data.
