With the frequent emergence of urban air pollution, and the city’s greening rate can improve the ecological, air quality. City greening becomes more and more urgent. But the most of the current greening work is relying on human. It is cannot be guaranteed of the labor intensity, work efficiency and the survival rate of trees. The use of mechanical equipment for greening is the development trend in the future. The research of tree transplanting machine has the practical significance.The design of the mechanical structure:Design the whole machine of the tree transplanting machine. Including: the analysis and selection of the carrier equipment; In order to have a wider range of promotion of the transplant machine, determining the size is a medium-sized suspended shovel type; Introduces the working principle of the lifting frame, the frame of the opening and closing, blade cutting. To analyze and calculate the force during their working process, and determine the parameters of the execution component.The design of the hydraulic system:1)The load sensitive valve controls the cylinder dropping speed, to prevent the falling process jitter. 2) For the frame opening and closing cylinder, because of the small flow, and the slow speed, this is not easy to control. In addition, it does not match other circuit flow, choosing the scheme of control with damping hole and accumulator. 3)The blade has complex force during the cutting process, and the blade speed is not easy to control. The load sensing valve in the case of external load changing, and it’s both ends of the pressure differential valve to prevent the flow of the valve through the fluctuations. It also adopts the load sensitive valve to control the cylinder blade.The simulation analysis of hydraulic system: Using AMESim software to build the model of each loop, and optimize the model, improving the simulation efficiency; Through the analysis of simulation results, compared with the design requirements; The design and research process of the transplantation machine are summarized, paving the way for further research. Prospect the direction and content of future research.
