With the aggravation of urban air pollution in China,increasing the ownership of urban greening trees will help to improve the urban ecological environment and improve people's quality of life.At present,the urban greening work uses the way of artificial transplanting trees.Its labor intensity is big,its efficiency is low,and its survival rate is not high.But for now,China's labor market is not optimistic,the transformation of migrant workers,from manual labor to technical labor,resulting in the rapid increase in the cost of pure physical labor and shortage of pure physical labor,for this reason,mechanized urban greening has become the trend of development in the future,and it is imperative to realize the automation of forestry engineering.The tree-planting machine is a very important forestry machinery,which is widely used in afforestation because of its high efficiency and good adaptability.However,because of the complexity of the hydraulic system and the multi-freedom of the mechanism of the tree-planting machine,there are many problems in the process of system power utilization.At present the domestic market tree-planting machine still uses the traditional hydraulic system,but the frequent load changes of the actuator of the tree-planting machine cause the hydraulic pump's load power fluctuation,resulting in the engine running frequently in the high fuel consumption area and the power serious loss of the entire power system.With the development of Mechatronics technology,hydraulic technology is fused with mechanical and electronic,which brings new technological breakthroughs for the development of tree-planting machine.Therefore,this paper took the hydraulic tree-planting machine of a company as the research object,and studied the power matching method and experiment of the hydraulic system of its working device.The main research contents are as follows:1.On the basis of referring to the literature on the power matching and energy saving control of the hydraulic system of tree-planting machine at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the power matching and energy-saving control technology of hydraulic system widely used in tree-planting machine at home and abroad,introduced the basic requirements of the action and hydraulic system of the tree-planting machine,and combined the working characteristics and operating environment of the tree-planting machine,then the main reasons of energy loss of tree-planting machine were analyzed and summarized.2.On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the hydraulic system of the working device of the tree-planting machine,this paper analyzed each hydraulic subsystem of the tree-planting machine,and then the complete hydraulic system of the working device of the tree-planting machine was formed by connecting the hydraulic subsystems to each other.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed and chose the hydraulic cylinder,the hydraulic pump and other hydraulic components,and analyzed the characteristics of diesel engine.3.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of diesel engine and the basic principle of power matching of the tree-planting machine,the division control was adopted firstly.Then the power match between the engine and the hydraulic pump was realized by using the speed induction control.At the same time the power match between the hydraulic pump and the load was realized by using the valve-controlled hydraulic system.Finally,by synthesizing the above three aspects,the power matching control scheme was proposed,which can improve the power of the diesel engine of tree-planting machine and reduce the fuel consumption.4.By using AMESim simulation software,the model and simulation of the different working condition control of the diesel engine and the electric proportional variable-volume pump was implemented,its related characteristics was verified.Then the overall modeling simulation of power matching control system in three kinds of operating mode(L(1600±50rpm),M(1800±50rpm)and H(2000±50rpm))was carried out,and the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme was validated by the analysis of simulation results.5.The power matching of the hydraulic system of the working device of the tree-planting machine was tested by setting up the test platform.The validity of the power matching scheme was verified by analyzing the test results under various working condition.Meanwhile,by comparing the fuel consumption of the diesel engine in the new and old hydraulic system,the power matching scheme under three kinds of operating mode(L(1600±50rpm),M(1800±50rpm)and H(2000±50rpm))was verified that the energy-saving effect could reach more than 9.4%,and the energy saving effect was obvious.Finally the power matching control scheme of the hydraulic system was applied to the prototype of tree-planting machine.
