Research On Electrical Design And Protection Configuration In Chunfeng Substation

So do the preliminary planning of electric power engineering construction, the implementation of ontology engineering construction conditions, and coordinate their construction schedule and optimize its design, it’s particularly significant.This paper according to block 601 of Chunfeng oil refinery plant load capacity planning and development situation of in resent five years, taked an in-depth analysis on operational status of 35 kV Chunfeng substation in terms of power supply reliability and line load capacity, and then described the necessity of Chunfeng substation boost and expansion; combined the actual site, designed and completed the overall program of Chunfeng substation boost and expansion project, and then based on the overall design, selected 110 k V power supply point, determined the main transformer capacity, completed selecting important equipment such as the circuit breakers, disconnectors, current transformers, etc. on the basis of studies carried out protection configuration on the main transformer and outlets, and for the selected main transformer, circuit protection principle characteristics of the device, selected the appropriate algorithm for the system setting value.
