| Integrated automation system provides a strong guarantee to improve the safety and stable operation of the substation, improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel and provide users with high quality power supply.It uses advanced computer technology and communication technology, combines the functions of protection, measurement, control and remote control in one, realizes the monitoring, measurement, control and coordination of all the primary equipment and the operation of AC/DC power supply system.On one hand, the new protection principle and communication technology can improve the correct action rate of the protection device effectively and provide effective data support for dispatcher with the continuous development of new substation integrated automation system technology;on the other hand, some of the earlier substation integrater automation system needs to be replaced by a new system, because the events of communication exception or protection incorrect action occur sometimes due to the backward principle and outdated equipments.Laiwu 110kV Xijiao substation was built in 2004, and was extended in 2007.The reliability and stability of the protection device are decreased year by year because of poor anti-interference performance and backward technology.Protection devices and communication system are decided to be transformed because they affect the safe and stable operation of power grid.In the past, the construction period of the comprehensive automation system of the substation is long, more construction personnel is needed, so the outage time is quite long. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid and continuous improvement of quality service consciousness, 110kV Xijiao substation comprehensive automation system is faced with short construction period, lack of personnel, less planning power outage time.Construction plan and effective measures Need to be drew up ahead of time in order to shorten the construction period, reduce the power outage time, ensure the quality of construction, so as to improve the efficiency of the operation of the substation equipment, ensure the power supply reliability and safety of the power grid.On the basis of introducing the principle of the main protection equipment in the integrated automation system, the paper has compiled the outline of the technical difficulty and key points of the project.The results show that the proposed method is feasible, effective and suitable to solve the problems in the reform of Xijiao substation comprehensive automation system. |
