Bombardier Sifang(Qingdao) Transportation Ltd Project Manufacturing Planning And Control

Project manufacturing planning and control is an effective method to solve the EMU(Electric Multiple Units) manufacturing’s complexity and project, and it is also a way to promote the development of Chinese high railway transport equipment. Study on Project manufacturing planning and control which base on project management and ERP, to make full use of production resources, to arrange manufacturing plan precisely, to control the manufacturing cycle strictly, to eliminate the manufacturing bottlenecks and waste, to reduce cost of production and improve production management level, is EMU manufacturing enterprise’s important problems.This paper take CRH380 DL type which made by BST(Bombardier Sifang(Qingdao) transportation Ltd.) for example. Study on its parts manufacturing workshop and assembly line workshop.Firstly, it analyzes the theory of project management, theory of ERP and theory of production planning and control domestic and foreign research and development, and each theory has advantage in EMU manufacturing process. Then find the meeting points of each theory in the production planning and control. The project manufacturing planning and control requirements in EMU manufacturing process are put forward based on the situations and characteristics of BST parts manufacturing workshop and assembly line workshop.Secondly, identifying and optimizing bottlenecks, balance the production load of parts manufacturing workshop; optimizing arrangement plan of assembly line workshop by using Theory of constraints and Project management theory and methods.Finally, this paper put forwards project manufacturing plan and control system based on the analyze integration and feasibility of the project management and ERP. Theoretically analyzes the system construction and operation of the manufacturing process, and puts forward Application and Environment construction, establish the implementation steps of project manufacturing plan and control. So it gives the methods to others project manufacturing enterprises.
