In the exhaust turbocharged engine,engine supercharged pressure and temperature sensor is the core to control supercharged pressure.Therefore,its quality will directly affect the performance of the supercharged engine.So,the designs of the engine supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and its quality inspection are extremely important.At present,price of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor is high.Its traditional quality testing system is expensive and the usability of quality testing system is not widely.In order to solve these problems,this paper mainly focuses on the designs of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and its quality testing system.The actual value is to provide a more Cost-effective solution to the production of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor for small to medium-sized enterprises.Firstly,the paper describes the importance of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and analyzes the research trend of it and its quality testing system.On the basis,the paper summarizes the purpose and practical application value of research.Secondly,on the basis of detailed analysis of the working principle of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor,the paper completes circuit design of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and structural design of it with UG,a three-dimensional drawing software.Then,according to the design idea,the paper completes the hardware design of its quality testing system and uses technologies of virtual instruments and PID control to program with LabVIEW,a virtual instrument software.Finally,the paper assembles supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and its quality testing system,debug system parameters,conduct tests,analyze datum of tests.The results of tests show that the schemes of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor and its quality testing system are feasible and cost-effective;the quality testing system is versatile and easy to operate.This can meet the production requirements of supercharged pressure and temperature sensor for small to medium-sized enterprises.
