Aiming at relatively weak in view of the present pavement illumination detection technology and standard system, for improving the domestic road lighting quality automatic detection technology, with the title “The Development of Road Illumination Parameters Automatic Detection and Remote Monitoring Platform of LED Street Lighting”, the thesis syudies road illumination automatic detection system and methods, to achieve fast automatic detection and resu lt output, reduce test time and the artificial errors. It has important academic value and practical significance for improving the level of detection technology information and speed ing up the development of measurement. The research is supported by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Fund(2014ZZ05).The thesis first analysis the research progress at home and abroad of road lighting standards and LED street lamp quality testing, then puts forward the LED street lighting illumination parameter automatic detection and remote monitoring platform, besides designs detecting robot based on vehicle platform, meanwhile develops remote monitoring softwares, lastly builds software and hardware platforms to test in the field and analyzes experimental results. Main work of the thesis includes the following parts:⑴ This part builds LED street lamp illumination parameter automatic detection and remote monitoring platform architecture and determines the illumination, distance, range and angle detection. According to many conditions of traffic, the architecture should contain two kinds of detection platform consisting of automatic type and artificial supplementary type.System can be divided into sensing measuring system and automatic control system based on the research of illuminance working mechanism. Wireless network communication technology is used to design illumination parameter remote monitori ng, remote transmission and check the result. It analyses key technologies of the platform and determines the research technical route.⑵ For pavement measuring execution units of automatic type, artificial supplementary type two kinds of detection platform, this part puts forward based on crawler type illumination automatically detecting robot and artificial supplementary illumination inspection robot. The former is designed based on crawler chassis, building illumination parameters information collection module, photoelectric coded ranging module, MEMS gyroscope linear motion control module and the remote transmission module based on Zigbee parameters to get the fixed point to automatically obtain illumination parameters of the pavement center location. The later is designed based on artificial auxiliary. According to the needs that people can’t block the light and the illumination detection probe needs to be close to the ground and so on, it calculates overall size based on the Solidwork to design portable folding modular mechanical structure and account the intensity of illumination probe bobbing and sway.⑶ This part puts forward function demand of illumination test system software platform and system structure. According to the reliability, stability, functional requirements, it designs the central module system and wireless monitoring platform framework in software. Besides, it develops sensor data collection and processing procedures to collection of illumination, angle, distance and range. At the same time, it designs real-time operating syste based on μCOS-II, through the scheduler for data acquisition, display, transmission and storage, such as more reasonable switching, task execution, compact on the limited hardware resources to complete the task.⑷ In view of the historical data accumulation detection task, this part designs SQL database in monitoring platform, using SQL Server for this kind of data to effi CIEnt management, maintenance and provide a reliable theoretical data to support for future in system improvement and illumination analysis. Besides, it achieves remote monitoring function by Delphi, using fingerprint authentication login module, system integrity verification module to ensure credibility. For artificial supplementary type, it develops Android APP to wireless monitoring. It is convenient for operator to output test results quickly, improving human-computer interaction experience.⑸ This part builds field test using hardware and software platform to test the LED street lighting road illumination parameter automatic detection and remote monitoring platform. It designs three experiments of manual, automatic and auxiliary to analysis each result, then obtains conclusion that automatically and auxiliary use less test time compared with the artificial under the precondition of satisfy precision improving the detection efficiency.
