| China belongs to mountainous terrain.With the development of expressway,the number of highway tunnels is increasing rapidly.Tunnel lighting is important for driving safety.However,the tunnel illumination index test is still measured by manual.There are some disadvantages,such as low test efficiency,heavy workload of data processing,easy fatigue of personnel,and long stay in the tunnel increases the risk of accidents.In order to effectively solve the above problems,this paper proposes a kind of automatic illumination acquisition and analysis equipment.The main work of this paper is as follows:Based on the analysis of the relevant research at home and abroad,the illumination testing principle and testing method are studied firstly,and then system requirements analysis is carried out to form the overall scheme design,including hardware design,main frame design of software design,system function,etc.Secondly,the system hardware selection and circuit design are carried out,the hardware adopts single-chip architecture,and the model of single-chip microcomputer is STC12C5A60S2 series,the main peripheral hardware illuminance sensor is bh1750;the storage module is AT24C256;the clock module is DS1302.Thirdly,the illumination detection software is designed specifically,the software function modules include initialization module,MCU module,clock module,memory module,IIC communication module,etc.And programming implementation by C language.Finally,the simulation and implementation are carried out,and the system model is simulated by Proteus circuit simulation software,and the deficiencies are improved,and then the physical realization and test are carried out.The designed system equipment model can automatically and continuously collect the illuminance index in different lighting sections,analyze and calculate the illuminance index in real time according to the requirements of industry standards or national standards,output the final results of lighting test,such as average illumination,total uniformity,longitudinal uniformity and other indicators,and compare the results with the design indicators to generate the judgment of whether the indicators are qualified or not,so as to effectively solve the shortcomings and risk factors of traditional artificial illumination test.The test results show: the relative error of tunnel lighting automatic acquisition system is basically controlled within 4%,which meets the error range specified in JJG 245-2005 illuminance meter verification regulation;for the total uniformity and longitudinal uniformity,the judgment results are also consistent with the manual judgment results. |
