Research On The Development And Utilization Of The Medical Building Underground Space Of Xi’an City

In recent years, there have been a series of urban problems such as lank of land,traffic congestion, poor environment, lack of human living space and so on.In the process of urbanization, the space has been a lot of development, there have been a large number of high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings.Although these high-rise buildings solve the problem of the shortage of land which leds to the increase of city population,the traffic between these high-rise buildings and other buildings lacks of contact and pedestrians on the road crowded into the ground by cars,.That is not an effective solution to urban problems, so the integration of urban designers receive the test and people began to set the sights on underground space.Xi’an is one of the four ancient city known to the world.Within the scope of the city wall(Hereinafter referred to as the Ming City) is the city of Xi’an City and the city has also preserved a large number of heritage buildings and historical blocks.With the Historical change and the change of dynasties, urban construction is bounding to change with the development.In 1990 s, the city of Xi’an has begun the development and utilization of underground construction, and achieved initial results.With the opening and operation of Xi’an metro, the development and utilization of underground buildings in Xi’an has given in a new opportunity.The development of underground space in the Ming City will also be a large scale tostrengthen.Based on medical building which is a particular building type as the research object, this article carries medical buildings along the metro lines within the Mingcheng Area in Xi`an on the thorough investigation and study, including the construction of underground buildings, present using situations, function setting of on-the-spot investigation. Along in this paper, the underground space development and the status quo of medical buildings and underground space function analysis and research, summed up the study of regional health building underground space development and utilization of the existing underground space integration on the ground, function distribution, underground space and the relationship between underground traffic problems. The paper puts forward the Mingcheng Area in the medical buildings underground space development and utilization of optimization strategy, analysis of the necessity of medical buildings underground space development and importance.After carring on the adequate theoretical basis research and the analysis of the research work, this article plans and designs the Mingcheng Area medical buildings underground spaces, and tries give a renovation design of the underground space as a development case for of Xi`an Jiaotong University stomatological hospital. In this paper, combined with other areas related to the actual case studies, the present situation of research analysis, the underground space are appropriate and reasonable improvement or reconstruction. The design improves the quality of the underground space from the plane function layout, traffic flow organization, open space integration and other else aspects. The design wants to oral cavity hospital can find direction in the future development, stepping with the overall development and utilization of underground space within Mingcheng Area, making the hospital underground space to a more perfect and convenient system.Above all, the research content of this article has certain practical significances.In the context of the overall development and utilization of underground space, the research objects are mainly medical buildings and.
