Study On Early-warning Mechanism Of Safety Risk Of Existing Glass Curtain Wall

Development of curtain wall in China has more than 30 years. Compared with the rapid development of the construction, the latter part of maintenance and reinforcement work of the existing glass curtain wall is in a state of serious lag. The security problem has become prominent increasingly. So it’s very necessary to research on the safety risk early-warning mechanism of existing glass curtain wall in order to prevent and reduce the safety accidents of existing glass curtain wall in the city.As the security risk early warning theory for a guide and the existing glass curtain wall construction for the study object, in order to prevent the risk accidents of curtain wall, combined with field visits and research, the paper study on the early-warning mechanism of safety risk of existing glass curtain wall systematically from the of the establishment of early-warning mechanism, the application of engineering examples and the proposing of safeguard measures.The establishment of the safety risk early-warning mechanism of existing glass curtain wall include early-warning plan, method and implementation. Based on identifying the security risk types of glass curtain wall, the paper analyzes the factors which influence the safety of glass curtain wall, then set up the early-warning index system of safety risk of existing glass curtain wall to finish the work of early-warning plan. By proposing evaluation methods of safety risk warning level and discussing solution measures of the risks, the paper establishes the early-warning method. Then the implementation steps and specific processes are designed by studying on the implementation of early-warning,which can make correct operation of early-warning method in practice as a guidance.On the basis of the effective establishment of early-warning mechanisms, the paper selects two representative examples of curtain wall project and apply different evaluation methods of warning level to verify the applicability of the early-warning mechanism in reality.Finally, the paper proposes three safeguard measures from institutions, technology and the responsibility of erery relevant body to promote the smooth implementation of the safety risk early-warning mechanism of existing glass curtain wall.
