| As a peripheral protective structure that does not bear the force of the main structure of the building,the glass curtain wall is widely used in various types of buildings because of its light appearance and novel shape.However,with the increase of the service life of the glass curtain wall,its safety performance has gradually decreased,posing a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property,causing widespread concern from all walks of life.Therefore,the establishment of a set of scientific,effective,systematic and comprehensive safety evaluation system can not only provide a theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and safety maintenance of the glass curtain wall,but also provide safety management guidance for relevant departments.At the same time,through the establishment of a safety evaluation system and monitoring system,it is conducive to timely detection of safety hazards and effective avoidance of safety accidents;it is also conducive to taking timely and effective safety measures for the overall safety status of the glass curtain wall after the accident.In view of the existing problems in the existing glass curtain wall at this stage,this thesis conducts research from the two aspects of safety evaluation system construction and safety monitoring system construction,and achieves the following results:(1)According to the principle of the establishment of the glass curtain wall safety evaluation system,combined with the actual project and the safety evaluation system in other fields,the risk factors affecting the safety of the existing glass curtain wall are analyzed,and a multi-level safety evaluation system including personnel influencing factors,inherent influencing factors,environmental impact factors and management influencing factors is established.According to the provisions of relevant standards and norms,each indicator was deepened and detailed scoring criteria were determined.(2)Based on the existing glass curtain wall safety evaluation system,the evaluation indicators that change with time are screened out,and the safety evaluation criteria based on time changes are constructed.According to the principle of index screening,the curtain wall materials,connection structure and deformation are classified in detail,and each evaluation item is divided into evaluation grades and items to be measured.According to the characteristics of the indicators to be measured,they are divided into qualitative indicators or quantitative indicators and the scoring principles are formulated separately.(3)Based on the safety evaluation criteria that change with time,combined with the relevant theories of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and questionnaire survey data,an existing glass curtain wall safety evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy method and entropy value method is constructed.Qualitative or quantitative analysis of each safety evaluation index and establishment of membership function,through the evaluation index fuzzy vector calculation to obtain the existing glass curtain wall safety level,and finally a simple and practical,scientific and reasonable existing glass curtain wall safety fuzzy evaluation model is constructed.(4)Based on the glass curtain wall safety evaluation model,a relatively complete set of existing glass curtain wall safety monitoring system was developed using python language.The actual detection value of the glass curtain wall evaluation index is substituted into the theoretical mathematical model,and the scoring value of each evaluation index and the safety level of the project can be calculated through the system;the monitoring system can determine the corresponding early warning level according to the safety level,and the corresponding rectification opinions can be proposed according to the scoring of each indicator.Finally,the applicability,stability and reliability of the monitoring system software are verified by assuming that some components are failed. |
