Research On The Regional Construction Mechanism And Method Of The Traditional Seaweed Houses

Seaweed house is the typical residential building in the coastal area of Jiaodong peninsula, the distinct characteristic is that the roof is made of native plant——seaweed.Unique materials and construction techniques make the seaweed house a lot of advantages,such as cool in summer and warm in winter, not boring does not rot, wind and rain resistance. The thick and heavy shape of seaweed house, with the sea and montain of Jiaodong area, forming a harmonious and beautiful habitat landscape,showing the wisdom of coastal residents to adjust measures to local conditions.The transformation of the natural, leaving precious residential prototype for architectural research, has an important role in the formation and development of regional architecture.In view of the previous research results of the representation and narrative situation,the graphic record type architecture language model is adopted in this paper, the construction mechanism and technology system of traditional folk houses are recorded in detail. With the dynamic and continuous recording of the whole building process of the seaweed house, a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the materials processing, structure, assembly process and mechanism and method of construction.Construction technique is an important method for the dynamic inheritance of traditional residential buildings, only a comprehensive understanding and in-depth research on the mechanism and methods of traditional seaweed house construction could change the static protection for dynamic protection, the seaweed house continues to be preserved. It can play a guiding role in the maintenance of the traditional folkhouses and provide some references for the construction of coastal area of Jiaodong Peninsula in the future.
