| Effect of urban spatial structure refers to the internal effect and external effect change of urban spatial structure which is generated in the process of development of the city, namely the influence of the social, economic, ecological, etc, generated by the shaping and evolution of urban spatial structure on its urban ontology and its radiation. From the perspective of urban regional spatial structure effect, with Jiujia central district as the research object, the Jiujia central district spatial structure evolution is summarized as dual-core dual center two areas and isolated development stage(2004 years ago), dual-core dual center three areas linkage brewing stage(2005-2009), dual-core dual center three areas linkage beginning stage(2010-2012) and dual-core three center three areas linkage acceleration stage(2013- present) stage, on the basis of full analysis of characteristics of each stage and development, this article draw lessons from more than one case study on multiple multi-core effects of multi-center city regional development, construct the Jiujia central district spatial structure effect analysis framework, that is, from analysis of the scale is divided into dual-core multicenter linkage external effect and dual-core multicenter linkage effect, based on an analysis of the dimension linkage effect is divided into spatial linkage effect and function. From the evaluation index, divided into the first city field effect, space scale, with access effect, spatial interaction effect, residents daily travel effect, industrial complementarity effect the six big effect. And then on the basis of this evaluation framework of Jiujia central district spatial structure effect to carry on the measurement and evaluation. Evaluation results show that the dual multicenter external linkage effect, the external effect of Jiujia central district development is not stable, internal industry adjustment trend is obvious; Dual-core multicenter internal linkage effect, the Jiujia central district polycentric structure system is not perfect, overall agglomeration strength is weak; Traffic accessibility improvements, inter-city routes organization needs to be guided; Interaction gradually strengthen, synchronization is the key to economic power and transportation; Exchanged now-thanks, travel destination is plural; Industries complementary advantage prominent, highly effective cooperation has huge potential. Overall Jiujia central district spatial structure effect is gradually toward the good direction. Finally based on Jiujia central district spatial structure effect analysis, put forward the future of Jiujia central district spatial structure should be from the "guide to form compact stretch of polycentric spatial structure, improve the overall spatial agglomeration force", "combining urban space expanding demand, optimizing adjustment inter-city traffic line layout", "center for land use and development of complementary advantages to dual-core linkage development of new regional structure", "first city to speed up the industrial adjustment in the region is to finalize the design, solid field effect", "the development of new urban cooperation relations, regional development foundation guarantee" these five aspects is optimized.
