| Urban renewal is a necessary and planned reconstruction activity aimed at improving areas in the city that are no longer suitable for modern urban social life.Cities need to continuously adapt to changes in the economy,society,culture,and environment to maintain their competitiveness and attractiveness.Through urban renewal,infrastructure and public service facilities can be improved,the quality and image of the city can be enhanced,more people and investments can be attracted,and the city’s economic and social development can be promoted.At the same time,urban renewal can also protect and utilize the city’s historical and cultural heritage,enhance the city’s cultural background and connotation,and inject new vitality and charm into the city.Against the background of the rapid development of the global information industry,leveraging the algorithmic advantages of the information industry,improving the efficiency of spatial structure analysis,using the analysis methods of spatial structure to form new logical structures,and proposing more scientific urban renewal strategies.Firstly,spatial structure and urban regeneration has become a hot research topic in the field of urban planning and design.Foreign research results show that urban regeneration must be based on the analysis of spatial structure to understand the development trend and characteristics of urban space.In foreign urban regeneration cases,with the help of spatial structure research methods,urban regeneration can effectively promote the sustainable economic,social,cultural and environmental development of cities,and improve the quality of urban living and public services.In China,urban regeneration has become one of the important ways of urban development,and the research and application of spatial structure has also become mature.Therefore,in domestic urban regeneration practice,on the basis of foreign spatial structure research methods,we should explore the method of using spatial structure research as the basis of urban regeneration on our own,so as to develop a universal urban regeneration strategy system.At the same time,domestic urban regeneration practice can also enrich and improve the application scenarios of spatial structure research methods,deepen the connection between spatial structure research and urban regeneration,and realise sustainable urban development.Secondly,the original data was collected through field research and data crawling.The original data included the coordinates of each building in Lianhu District,building outline,building age,energy-saving technology application,road data in Lianhu District,and POI points in Lianhu District,etc.Based on independent building data such as building energy-saving technology and living experience,a comprehensive rating of the building was made to derive the rating of each building.The original data is entered and processed for spatial structure analysis,including building nuclear density analysis of Lianhu District based on building location data,building spatial correlation analysis of Lianhu District based on building location data,building spatial autocorrelation analysis of Lianhu District based on building rating data,building high and low clustering analysis of Lianhu District based on building location data,service range of different kinds of industries in Lianhu District based on POI points to get network analysis and standard deviation ellipse analysis.Based on the results of the analysis,a clear analysis of the current situation of the Lianhu District is formed,summarising the problems that exist in the current spatial structure and layout of the district,supported by scientific data.Based on the findings of the previous analysis,the current problems are taken as the main guide,combined with the current situation of the integrated area of Lianhu District and the urban regeneration strategy system formed in the previous phase.By analysing and optimising the spatial structure of the city,the urban regeneration strategy of Lianhu District is constructed and a universal urban regeneration strategy model is explored in the context of the spatial structure to achieve a comprehensive urban regeneration. |
