So this article is based on "Dual key" approach, targeted to the lease housing door model design optimization study, purpose is to draw a type suitable for xi ’an rental housing door model the design method.Found in the data compilation, the current study of rental type housing aspect, focuses on rent housing system, and in its door model the design research literature are rare. Second, compiled in this paper, the research content the demand of data, and learned that xi ’an there are single family type, space rental type housing area ratio is not reasonable, ignore the family structure, family low flexibility problem; Rental object is divided into "go-getters" young family, migrant workers and informal workers families, "more" family, "the pure old family", etc.; And strictly in the form of pictures, tables to objective. Finally, by the fact data summed up the present rental type housing demand characteristics of door model design, space division, area ratio of rationalization, meet different family structure, meet the demand of storage behavior and so on, lay a foundation for the proposed optimization strategy.On the basis of the study, in view of the research conclusions and the data analysis, puts forward and expounds in detail the "Dual key" method of xi ’an rental type housing layout optimization design research: "Dual key" method and the model of flexible optimization research, the "Dual key" method the optimization study of door area index, "Dual key" method the optimization study of family structure change, the "Dual key" approach to the optimization tactics of the storage space.
