| In recent years,with the increase in the degree of aging of our society,the nursing problem of the elderly has increasingly become a prominent problem in the society,especially involving those elderly people who are severely disabled by sudden diseases,accidental injuries,functional aging and other problems.This kind of people not only affect their normal physiological activities,but also have major problems in bathing and changing clothes,which is a heavy burden for themselves,their family members or nursing staff.Based on this situation,designing a care product that can help the elderly wash and change clothes is of great significance to the improvement of their living standards.First of all,this paper studies the current domestic and foreign research status of cleaning nursing bed related products,comparing and analyzing the advantages of various products and the current shortcomings,and innovatively proposes a design of a multifunctional cleaning nursing bed based on the principles of ergonomics plan.The washing and nursing bed is for the elderly with severe physical disability,and can not only assist nursing staff to clean and change clothes for users,but also add a drying function creatively,which greatly reduces the workload of nursing staff.Secondly,according to the parameters of the human body,the overall structure of the multifunctional cleaning bed and nursing bed is designed,and the structural dimensions of each part of the bed are determined.Combining the physiological actions of the human body in the actual cleaning process and the design criteria related to the user’s body posture,the installation methods and motion strokes of the lifting mechanisms and rollover mechanisms inside the bed are obtained,and the waterproof level of each mechanism is used as the standard.Material design Waterproof parts such as baffles separate the cleaning module and the control module,and complete the design of the mechanical structure of the entire cleaning and nursing bed.Then,with the Arduino Mega2560 main controller as the core,VNH5019 as the motor driver,the sensor and the manual control box as the signal transceiver,the lifting column motor,the push rod motor,the heating box,the fan and other electrical equipment as the controlled objects to carry out the whole nursing bed.Hardware circuit design.At the software level,the Arduino IDE platform based on C language is used to write the program code of the circuit,and the control program is based on the motion logic of each mechanism in the bed to realize the control of various functions inside the nursing bed.Finally,based on the CFD computational fluid dynamics method,the pipeline model in the drying system of the cleaning and nursing bed is established,the flow field parameters of the drying pipeline are calculated,and the turbulent flow model of the drying pipeline is determined.And through the Fluent software to simulate the wind field and temperature field in the pipeline when the drying system is working,the flow parameters of the pipeline outlet and the influence of different inlet conditions on the flow field performance of the drying pipeline are obtained,so as to find a method.A flow field model most suitable for human body drying.At the same time,a mathematical model is established for the flow field in the pipeline,and a state feedback controller is designed based on the method of modern control theory to linearize the nonlinear system of the entire drying pipeline,so that the actual outlet flow field of the drying pipeline can reach the desired value.Outlet flow field model.An experimental prototype of the cleaning and nursing bed was built to verify the stability of the movement of the mechanism and the feasibility of the drying scheme. |
