At present, China is in the rapid development period of urbanization process, the rapid development of township construction in Qinling Mountains, the township’s ecological environment is also facing a lot of pressure. Although the township covers an area of less than the city, the existence of the base of the township is far more than the city’s. Therefore, it is important to study the ecological environment of the villages and towns of Qinling Mountains, which is of great significance to the ecological balance of Qinling Mountains. This topic in West Qinling Mountains in Gansu Tianshui and Dingxi along the Valley Township, south middle of Ankang to Longnan along the valley town, South Eastern Shangluo territory to the Shangzhou Danfeng along the Valley Township Township government where administrative village as the research location, a total of 46 villages and towns. First there are three aspects to field data collection, including of economy of villages and towns, villages and towns, ecological environment, and social progress. Secondly from the villages and towns space distribution form, the villages and towns with functional layout, traffic organization of villages and towns, landscape and layout of field graphics rendering. Finally this paper aims to field data collection from the township of climate and environment, the township of four seasons air temperature, sunrise range, and maximum wind.Based on the research of the system, this paper finds that the lack of the application of ecological technology in construction planning of villages and towns. There is space township in the villages and towns surrounding ecological and environmental harmony, ecological planning of villages and towns on the problem of the coordination of the physical environment, township building on available resources. At the same time, there is find that the evaluation criteria of the ecological impact factors of the valley type of township is further deepened by the geographical and climatic factors in the data collection. This paper aims to explore the ecological planning using the theory of ecological design, ecological urban theory, urban planning theory, according to the main content of the research of ecological technology, combined with the research of field data, graphics, data, application of data analysis, graphic simulation and data contrast method. And this paper analyzes the natural influence factors of ecological planning, combines the economic, social, environmental and other factors to consider the application of ecological technology. The research suggests that Qinling Valley town planning of ecological technology. According to the spatial morphology of the township, natural environment, climate environment, the status of the different resources, South piedmont of Qinling Mountains village and township planning should consider the overall township of ventilation, shading, heat, moisture, and hydropower energy use. North Qinling Mountains Township planning should consider the winter warm summer heat, Energy use is mainly based on solar energy, biology can be supplemented.Based on the research of the system, this paper puts forward a reference method for the study of the ecological planning for the Qinling Mountains river valley type. In the south of Qinling Mountains and north of the township to in the valley to the best ecological residential location, lived in villages and towns of the micro climate environment design strategy, township of optimal resource utilization strategy put forward ecological guidance and recommendations for the planning and construction of Qinling Valley Township, in order to promote the development of township(town) construction, consolidate the harmonious coexistence of men and nature.
