| The construction of residential building in Qinling valley town is in the period ofbooming, there are some problems such as poor indoor thermal comfort and large energyconsumption in new residential building. The energy saving design and research of residentialbuilding in town has become an important project which is paid much attention.The thesisregards energy saving of residential building in Qinling valley town as object of study,analysis factors which effect energy saving of residential building, puts forward measures inplanning design and envelop enclosure design and prove it by design a building.The thesis selects22towns in TianShuiand Shangluo to visit, measure, record, test,askand so on, analysis, conclude the current the situation of energy saving of residentialbuilding and find there are problems such as poor indoor thermal comfort, disorder planningand design, simple energy structure, outdated energy-saving awareness in this area. On theproblems which are found in survey, the thesis uses architectural Physics, ArchitecturalConstruction, planning and design, appropriate technology theories to analysis the influenceof a valley town residential energy-saving of objective and subjective factors, such asplanning, site selection, housing size, graphic design, space design, envelop enclosure,subjective feeling. The thesis puts forward measures in planning design and envelopenclosure design.improves thermal property of envelop enclosure and residential building’senergy saving condition by putting forward principle of planning and site selection, choosingthe best orientation, controlling shape coefficient, measures of designing, choosingappropriate materials of envelop enclosure and designing suit building constructions.The results of the thesis has certain significance to energy saving of residential buildingin Qinling valley town and promote construction of urban-rural integration. Through thispaper by studying appropriate technology of energy saving in residential building, I hope toprovide some new idea and reference for the research of energy saving of residential buildingwhich is basic on regionalism. |
