Research And Application On The Renovation Of Low-Rise And MID-Rise Existing Residence

China has entered upon a new era of storage housing by the long time high-speed development. The quantity of newly built house will surely reduce;and existing residential building will be a growing part of the future of house. With the increase of service life of existing residential building,the renovation and maintenance for existing residential building has become increasingly important. There are many problems to be solved for the renovation and maintenance for existing residential building. It is a comman problem that renovation of existing residential building is difficult, since renovation and maintenance are not considered when the building was designed. Therefore, in order to make renovation and maintenance for existing residential building easy and efficient,we need to take the possibility and convenience of renovation and maintenance into account when designing.In this paper,we make research about the effect of design on renovation of existing residential building from the perspective of plan design, of interior space design, of structure-. enclosure and function bodies, of material and constructure design.Through case analysis and comparison of cases, the theory with practice.we can deepen the understanding of renovation and maintenance for existing residential building,and we can also provide reference for renovation and maintenance for existing residential building in our country.Words approximately 40,000 with 69 tables and figures.
