Research And Reference Significance Of Green Technology In Renovation Of Existing Residential Buildings In Germany

Energy has always been an important issue related to economic development and people's lives around the world.Building as a large energy consumption has long been the concern of all countries.The construction of energy-saving emission reduction has also been born.Green energy-saving renovation of existing buildings is an effective way to reduce building energy consumption,which has become an important means to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.Germany as a pioneer in the existing residential building energy efficiency transformation,has developed a set of perfect laws and regulations,process systems and corresponding process of green technology.Its existing residential building renovation has evolved from controlling single building measures such as external walls,windows and roofs to the control of the actual energy consumption of the entire building.This paper takes the renovation and of existing residential buildings in Germany as the research objects,and analyzes the green technologies used in external walls,doors and windows,roof,heating and ventilation system,the utilization of new energy and the recycling of materials and so on.The paper aimed to provide the technical model and experience for the renovation of existing residential buildings in China.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter introduces the topic selection and the significance of the paper,and introduces the current research situation of the renovation in existing residential buildings,and also combs the research ideas and methods of the article.The second chapter mainly elaborates the background and development of existing residential buildings renovation in Germany and the development of the laws and regulations.In this chapter,the development history of existing residential building renovation is divided into three stages: the initial stage of the green energy-saving renovation concept,laws and regulations to promote the development stage,technology and measures to implement the mature stage.The third chapter is the main chapter of the article,from the external walls,doors and windows,roof,heating system and ventilation system,the use of new energy and recycling of materials,analyzing the green technology used in existing residential buildings renovation,respectively.The fourth chapter illustrates the application of green technology in the renovation of existing residential buildings through three examples,and makes corresponding simulation analysis.The fifth chapter is that the green technology of existing residential buildings renovation in German is referenced in China,which by comparing the differences between the two countries,learning from Germany in the the experience and green technology of existing residential building renovation.This paper puts forward the existing problems and future development of China in the existing residential building renovation,and finally enumerates the existing demonstration projects of residential building renovation in China with the participation of German experts.
