Cost schedule control is an important part of project management in the industrial workshop construction. It is statistics that, the civil and construction installation cost is most important of cost management during the construction, which also is key process to control whether the project cost not over the budget cost, but the project speed relates company planning is come ture or not. However in the actual consttuction it is not apply advanced management menthod, so that project cost and project speed can not reach the target. It is diffcult and important point of project management how to control project cost and speed.The paper studies the diffcult ponit and applies advanced project cost and schedule management menthod. However, the earned value theory applied in our country is still at low level, especially in the field of industrial workshop construction. Based on the earned value method to detect A certain company workshop construction phase of the construction process, A control model is established, and the project cost and time limit for A project progress and integrated management, the project management goal is clear, realize high-efficient and orderly process control. This article expoundes atdomestic and international project cost control theory and the development of the earned value method firestly. Nextly as A workshop as project construction stage as the research object, the earned value method is applied to actual projects, the project management plan based on the earned value method, this paper introduces the methods of project management procedure, including the preparation work of WBS decomposition figure, make earned value measurement benchmark, determine the critical path, the working flow of the factors influencing indicators calculation, analysis of deviation and the degree of importance, to correct the deviation and corrective measures which are put forward, so it can improve the efficiency the earned value management method, finally successfully completed this case construction projects.Through the real case application research, it is concluded that for XN Company and similar projects in using earned value management technology to do project management and supply experience and methods, which help to improve business performance and competitiveness.
