With the development of construction industry, high-rise buildings constant emergence, the influence of wind load on the structure is harder to ignore. The tuned liquid damper is a common wind-resistant damper, and in recent years, it has got more and more attention and application. This paper introduces the basis of tuned liquid damper and common analysis methods, and establishes the motion equation of single-degree of freedom and multi-degree of freedom structure-TLD system respectively. Putting forward a new system of wind-resistant design, is that tuned liquid dampers and fluid viscous dampers control together, and make the structure satisfy the comfort problems at the same time. Also it ensures the structure can work normally under the condition without damage. The main work includes the following aspects:(1) Use the finite element software ETABS to establish analysis model, and summarize the factors that water depth ratio, mass ratio,frequency ratio and role position for the effect of TLD wind-resistant design. According to the laws of the effect, choose the suitable water tank size. The structure with traditional TLD wind-resistant design and combined control system of two kinds of wind vibration reduction scheme, through the comparison and analysis for its top acceleration vibration reduction rate, and make the two schemes to achieve the same damping effect of vibration reduction.(2) Establish the tuned liquid damper and viscous dampers joint control equation of high-rise. Through the analysis of different control schemes, this paper compares and analyzes the performance of high-rise structure. Calculate of interlayer displacement Angle, interlayer shear force and displacement of floor under the different conditions. Analyze its influence on the structure safety performance, and discuss the calculation results.(3) In the engineering background of Tianjin international trade center project, the use of TLD and fluid viscous dampers of the high-level structure wind resistance design, and meet the requirements of the specification to high-rise building comfort. The interlayer displacement Angle, the interlayer shear force and displacement of three floors in the face of its seismic performance are analyzed. The results show that using TLD and fluid viscous damper combined control for wind resistance design of high-rise structure is feasible, and can satisfy the security requirement of the structure under seismic motion.
