Study On Quality Management Of BUCC Concrete Station Based On SPC

With the increasing competition of the market, BUCC concrete station confronts severe serious problems. How to deal with the quality problem at present, improve the quality of concrete, and establish competitive advantage, all of these are urgently to be solved in BUCC concrete station.In this paper by combining the concrete production process characteristics and statistical process control(SPC) method and regarding the BUCC concrete station as the analysis object, we establish the quality management team, summarize the quality of concrete control flow and determine the critical stage of concrete quality control and the control object. Then by using the substandard product rate analysis(P control chart) and XBar-R control chart analysis method, we start from the concrete mixing stage and forming stage and finally find the causes of quality problems. Through some improvement measures, such as drafting reasonable scheduling, increasing inspection staff, strengthening the training and so on, we achieved good results. We not only greatly reduce the concrete product unqualified product rate, but also improve the stability of concrete product quality. It also shows that the SPC method can help improve concrete quality management, and can effectively improve the quality management level of concrete enterprise.Through the rational use of SPC method, BUCC concrete station successfully solves the quality problems, effectively improve the level of quality management, and promote the development of quality management of enterprises.
