The current international general road safety evaluation work is referred to as the road safety audit.According to the " Guidelines for Safety Audit of Highway " implemented by the Ministry of communications,road safety audit is the main content for the feasible plan of highway construction and road design,including the road safety evaluation of linear combination,intersection,range of visibility,traffic facilities and other aspects of the horizon.As our country is at the important stage of strategic opportunities for economic development,the transport infrastructure construction has entered into a period of rapid development when production safety situation is very grim.The safty accidents during the process of expressway construction safety accidents and casualties occuring in many occasion have aroused social widespread attention from all walks of life,which caused significant social impacts.Based on the accident analysis,it is found that incidents happening in projects scense were not on the construction site for the risk factors identification and safety evaluation, incapable of correctly judging the current safety management status of the construction site and preventing hidden dangers of accidents, which eventually lead to the accident. Therefore,it is necessary to make safety evaluation during construction an important part of highway engineering safety evaluation.Expressway bridge construction project features a number of differences,complexity of construction technology and unpredictable characteristics of high etc..In order to control the safety risk in construction site and prevent of construction accidents,combined with the practical situation of bridge Jingbao Super highway second project,the method of safety evaluation is proposed to suit to highway bridge construction site.Using preliminary hazard analysis method, the conditions of operation risk assessment method has conducted the research to the risk of hazard identification,risk estimation and risk source control measures;based on fuzzy mathematics theory,the weight of evaluation index system of bridge engineering safety is determined by the use of AHP. Introducing the mathematics model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,safety production management level to each bridge construction site were compared,and the development trend of China’s future prospects for the construction safety evaluation. This qualitative method combined with quantitative analysis and evaluation of the characteristics matches the traffic construction engineering itself,with a good practical value in engineering,which would be used in expressway bridge construction safety evaluation of the project reference case.It has an important significance to improve the level of safety management of highway construction.
