The flowmeters are important core components in flow measurement,which have been used all over various parts of the national economy. The measurement precision and measurement efficiency are two main technical indexes of the flowmeters. Focusing on the low precision and efficiency of flow measurement, this paper is titled with ‘Study of Improving the Efficiency of Verification Platform Detection’ and designs respectively the general framework that improves the efficiency of verification platform, which can meet different sizes of the flowmeter verification platform, the butterworth low-pass filter with variable cutoff frequency, recursive least-squares and total least-squares compensation algorithm. Experiments are carried out to verify the precision and efficiency of this flow measurement system. The main work includes:(1)Designing the general framework to improve the efficiency of verification platform,Use recursive least-squares and total least-squares compensation algorithm on research into the the flowmeter testing work, and analyzes the applications scheme of main technology for high-efficiency flowmeter verification platform.(2)Studying on flowmeter verification platform that fits flowmeters with different sizes.Designing flowmeter verification platform that conforms with different diameters,lengths and heights. Researching the key technology of flowmeter verification platform that fits flowmeters with different sizes.Analyzing related parameters of different diameters,lengths and heights.(3)Designing and realizing butterworth low-pass filter with variable cut-off frequency,and on this basis, studying on recursive least-squares and total least-squares compensation algorithm, mainly researching how to solve the signal phase from the moment counting begins and ends through total least-squares compensation algorithm.Finally, develop a high-efficiency flowmeter verification platform based on the above technologies, on which some related experiments are carried out to verify its detection effect.It turns out that the verification platform can detect verification flowmeter with high efficiency, Meanwhile, the Matlab/Simulink is used to carry out the simulation experiment of pulse counting, the accuracy of the 5 pulse signals in the range of 60-6000rad/s is 0.0012 LSB,the results s how that this c ompensation method put for ward in this paper a high precision counting c ompensation with rationality and reliability.
