In recent years, the rapid growth of urban load and load densities continue to increase. Distribution network is overwhelmed. Urban power network structure optimization is needed. Through the rational allocation of network distribution and use of voltage levels, can make the power grid to meet the demand for electricity in the future development trend of the current situation rational use of resources, for the electricity sector as well as social and economic development have a high positive significance. This paper studies the optimal planning of urban 20kV voltage distribution grid.First, this paper analyzes the urban middle voltage distribution network to increase the voltage level of the background and significance of 20kV. Analyzed optimized distribution network planning involves technical and economic indicators individually, and establishes a single objective function optimization programming model. Then presents the multi-objective optimization model.After the analysis and comparison of existing intelligent algorithms, introduce the principle, advantages and disadvantages of particle swarm algorithm. In order to solve the shortcomings of PSO algorithm, two improvement is proposed:immune diversify operations and immunization operation. Then the integrated immune operation PSO algorithm is proposed. For urban 20kV medium voltage distribution network planning optimization problems characteristic of discrete variable values involved, proposed a binary integrated immune operation PSO algorithm. Finally, run the simulation based on Matlab toolbox. Result shows that the algorithm is effective.
