Since the Shanghai subway construction,has a history more than two decades years,now many subway train has appeared different degree of damage,power components are at the core of the subway,the subway bogie,it is good or bad determines the subway can not able to the stable operating condition,the function of the metro bogie is traction and drive the vehicle normal operation,metro bogie bogie frame,wheels,a spring suspension device,two spring suspension device,the wheels on the axial device,anti roll torsion bar,etc.Bogie frame is the core part of bogie,which plays a key role in loading,fixing wheels and body,and installing other parts.Therefore,the most important thing to control the safe and stable operation of subway is to control the safety of bogie frame,ensure that there are no cracks in the bogie frame and the size is within the safe range.This paper mainly explains how to design and solve the core problems of bogie frame universal inspection platform through the following five aspects.(1)introduction to the first part,mainly introduced the bogie frame of universal detection platform of the historical background and significance,domestic and foreign existing detection technology can't achieve the goal that we need to test,so make sure of the bogie frame the necessity of general testing platform,also express the bogie is general testing platform innovation point is general,that a testing platform can detect different models,different models of different models can be measured through the platform architecture.(2)the second part is theoretical analysis was carried out on the metro bogie frame,such as statics and modal analysis,through the statics and modal analysis can be intuitive show the subway which components at run time is the most big bearing force,which parts is the most big deformation,thus to determine the frame detection platform should determine which key size to detect,safe operation of the effective means to achieve control of subway.(3)the third part is the introduction of the current large-size measurement,the overall construction scheme of our platform and the specific calculation theory.Thought the length,width and height of the metro bogie frame is more than one meter range,some reached four or five meters,so the traditional measuring method cannot detect the size of the object,and the existing means of detection of large size,not pertinence measure our architecture,so the development of targeted joint arm type measuring platform is imperative.(4)the fourth part is the coordinate information measured by the joint arm measurement machine.We need to develop the calculation software again to obtain the length data that we can intuitively use.Because the data measured by the articular arm measurement machine is only coordinate information,which is not the direct data that we need to use,we need to compile software to process coordinate data.The secondary development software functions include: login interface design,new model function,data processing function,data query function,standard value design and modification function,new size function,etc.(5)the fifth part mainly introduces the importance and significance of big data technology and the establishment of large database of subway bogie frame.Because Shanghai shentong metro companies have been established for 20 years,there have a lot of testing data of metro bogie frame,however this huge data did not establish a database that led to the huge loss of testing data,is through the twenty years of metro bogie frame detection data we can find out the subway abrasion cycles,the key point of damage,for Shanghai shentong metro company timely repair and maintenance of bogie frame have important meaning,can avoid repeat purchase for bogie frame,waste a lot of manpower and material resources.
