The Operation Research On Expressway Networking Toll System

After years of development, expressway networking toll system in our country achieved remarkable results. The ETC system coverage and users throughout the country have present a good growth momentum. ETC system became one of the most important means of charging. At present, ETC system enter the key stage of development, ETC construction carried out throughout the country. The following problems: distribution and settlement and ETC system application, has also become an important research topics.Combined with the expressway networking toll system development situation, according to the typical problems and actual demand of construction under the new environment about national ETC networking toll, this study has established the construction and operation scheme of expressway networking toll system. This study closely around the national expressway networking toll system, comprehensive analysis and combing expressway networking toll system problems, which will reflected in distribution and settlement and ETC system application, when it will soon realize the nationwide network. Study as this main line, this paper design the distribution and settlement system of expressway networking toll across the country, as well as the construction operation scheme about: ETC + security, provincial boundary station ETC + security and mixed ETC + security system. This scheme is to solve the key problems include: the distribution and settlement system architecture research, schematic studies of distribution and settlement trading across the province, distribution and settlement recognition site research, and lane application of system innovation. The key problem we study in this paper is the distribution, including the distribution of different path, the distribution of different area, the distribution of different operation allocation and company, as well as the distribution of different customers, the design thinking of full text through the distribution problem.This research for the operation of expressway networking toll system fully combines the environment of the national ETC network construction, based on the practical problems, goes to the practical requirements, and concerned with comprehensive background settlement system and front desk charging system. The results and conclusions of this research will have a certain guidance and reference function for the national ETC networking construction and operation.
