The cancellation of toll stations at provincial boundaries of expressways in China has brought challenges and opportunities to China’s intelligent transportation system.In China,expressway network toll has been operated by provinces and separated by provincial toll stations.After the provincial toll station is cancelled,the electronic toll collection is mainly used to replace the traditional manual toll mode.After the change of charging mode,the charge for passing vehicles must be affected.Considering that the operation of equipment is not stable at the beginning,the expressway system will under great pressure.But the cancellation of toll stations at provincial boundaries of expressways will promote the integrated development of the national highway system at the same time.The related technology industry will usher in a wave of innovation to further develop the intelligent transportation system.This paper takes the expressway system of a province as the research object.Design and develop a manual matching system for toll data of expressway,so that the staff of toll stations in the province can calibrate and integrate the feedback data of ETC gantry system.The processed data is not only the deduction voucher of passing vehicles,but also the basis for the provincial center to carry out subsequent clearing and remittance.For some of the data that the ETC gantry system failed to read,the provincial data center will predict and fit out the possible toll stations that the vehicle may pass according to the driving path of the vehicle,and then generate the fitted toll data.These data will be sent to the toll station and confirmed by the operator using the system before being used as the toll voucher for subsequent processing.In order to implement the basic function of manual matching system for toll data of expressway and meet the user’s requirements,this paper uses UML to analyze the system and structured design to design it.Through the.Net framework to achieve the development of the web side of the system.In order to meet the business requirements of easy deployment,high compatibility and easy maintenance better,the system is deployed through B/S architecture.Considering the security of data storage,data volume,fit of.Net framework and business requirements,SQL Server database is used for data storage.Firstly,the paper analyzes the application background and development significance of the system.Then according to the business requirements,I analyzed the main functional modules,determined the data structure and completed the design.Finally,I implemented the system by programming,and deployed it to the toll stations after it passed the test.
