The electrical equipment condition monitoring is a technology which study the running condition of an electrical equipment. With the develop of condition monitoring technology, there is a higher requirement of safety, stable and full-power operation about key electrical equipment in the actual production Therefore, only to know the operational statue about electrical equipment on time, the effective maintenance and prevention the malfunction can be real, and it can avoid bigger problem happen. Condition monitoring and malfunction diagnosis technology is a technology that uses the data collected by sensors to processing and analysis, then with the design standard of the equipment to judge the statues of equipment and predicated the malfunction.In order to monitor online of the electrical equipment condition better, this paper do some research of electrical equipment online condition monitor. Because of the equipment online condition monitor need to be real-time and effectiveness,this paper builds a model to describe electrical equipment conditions based on FSM, and uses this model to build a total architecture of electrical equipment online condition monitoring. To realize the total architecture, we need an algorithm which is more real-time and effectiveness, to capture the mutation and match condition.The paper summarizing the current algorithm of mutation capture and condition match, and based these summarizing, rise an electrical equipment online condition monitoring algorithm based on elastic sliding FFT. This algorithm has good real-time and convenience to solve the problem.To validate the algorithm, an electrical equipment online condition monitoring system prototype has been build using DSP chip TMS320C6748 and Qt. Because the DSP can calculate fast, the system prototype uses it as front, to capture the mutations and match the conditions of the equipment. After that, the system use the RS485 or network to store the data in back database. And the back software system uses these data, to analysis the current condition of the equipment.Finally, using this system prototype did an experiment about commonly used appliances, to verify the accuracy of the above algorithm.
