The Study On Information Mobile Platform Development Of Collaboration Knowledge Management

The innovation of the way of creation, propagation and share in knowledge and technique, promotes the communication in design industry, and emphasize the importance of knowledge communication. In the cluster, the connection mode of supply chain based on specialized division between design enterprises and other affiliated enterprises such as manufacturing, commerce and trade, exist both strong and weak ties.Though large amount of knowledge created from collages and institutes every year, the integration and transfer of knowledge is despised. Thus, a knowledge platform, which base on the knowledge resource, and connect institutes and companies, is important.Considering of the complexity of information among the enterprise cooperation, this paper attempt to put forward an information logic model, exploring the information connection generated by resources organization, operation and management.Based on the modular theory, this paper study the mechanism of modularity of collaboration knowledge management in creative industry cluster, put forward the way of modular decomposition and restructuring of collaboration knowledge management, and finally present that modularity knowledge organization network is an effective way to enhance the efficiency of collaboration knowledge management and the ability of knowledge creativity in creative industry cluster.This paper emphasizes the importance of knowledge collaboration. By putting forward the design industrial information platform, through information transfer, structure optimization and knowledge spillover effects, such a mechanism metabolizes the modular factors and realizes value innovation.
