| As the important infrastructure in the traffic and logistics, port, which is the state economic window of foreign trade, has a pivotal position of economic construction in all countries. In recent years, people pay more attention in development of radiativityã€functionality and service of port. Since the Reform and Opening up, port enterprises have welcome in golden developing period with the total amount of economy and trade increasing rapidly, the inland port enterprises in Yangtze river basin also have developed rapidly, the infrastructure of harbor have been constant perfection, the construction scale of harbor have increased continuously and the handling capacit y of harbor have increased constantly. However, with the economic growth of our country slowing down and the increasing pressure on economic downturn, addition with staple cargo market of rolled steel, cement, coal being continued depression and the increa singly fierce market competition between harbor enterprises, some ports have been a loss of business. This situation forced port enterprise to seek operational breakthroughs, whether to solve the short-term management pressure or to consider the long-term development. Especially in 2014, Premier Li Keqiang put forward constructing comprehensive stereo traffic corridor and building Yangtze economic belt, and then Yangtze economic belt was listed as national key strategy at the Central Economic Working Conference. That undoubtedly brings new opportunity and challenges for Yangtze port enterprise and is great reform dividend. At present, how to seize the opportunity to implement the transformation and development of the port enterprise has become an important issue for the study of the port of the Yangtze River Basin.This paper proceeds from the related theories of port logistics and value chain, takes a representative port logistics enterprises(Ma’anshan port group in this paper) in the Yangtze River Basin as the research object, aims at providing rationality plannings and suggestions by the research of this paper. According to the actual situation of Ma’anshan Port Group, we firstly analyze present management and logistics business situation, summarize the ex isting problem in logistics business and put forward business development facing total logistics by combining advanced development direction of related logistics enterprise. Secondly, we analyze the feasibility and necessity to develop development business of total logistics according to the police environment, competitive environment, customer demand environment and internal resources of Ma’anshan Port Group. Then, we make clear the necessity of value chain extension by analyzing the value chain of present logistics business mode, and it is a kind of strategy which agree with value chain extension that facing development business of total logistics. Finally, we put forward module design and preliminary planning by combining the actual situation of Ma’anshan Port Group and give the implemental and control suggestions in the aspect of risk control.According to this research, we think highly of the reasonable choice made by Ma’anshan Port Group in the direction of the total logistics business development. Only by making some breakthroughs constantly in self business when facing increasingly fierce competition and ever-changing market environment, can this port enterprise have relative advantages over other competitors in industrial competition. it is indeed need to think twice before making a correct choice of which direction to develop at the time when enterprises are suffering so much survival pressure from the whole environment of market that drive them to seek breakthroughs immediately. These direction of developments ought to be in accordance with the following two points, on the one hand, these developments of new business could hopefully relieve the pressure of short-term management; on the other hand, the promotion of new business should conform to the interests and requirements of long-term development. The Ma’anshan Port Group in this thesis is confronted with this choice of direction in business development, while the total logistics business development is such a business pattern that act as a driving force to propel enterprise to Blue Ocean.Currently, the total logistics business development remains in the groping stage to the whole logistics industry, and the expectation of this thesis is to provide more logistics enterprises with some help in seeki ng the directions and paths for business developments. |
