In recent years, with the support of the government, more and more electric cars went into the people’s life. However, the development of the electric car is still in its infancy, the perfect after-sales service is not enough, so the electric car has not yet been to market on a large scale. At present, as for the aspect of electric vehicle maintenance and repair,some secondary schools and higher vocational colleges have opened the related course for cultivating electric vehicle maintenance and technical personnel. Therefore,this subject designed a tested about the drive system of electric car according to the drive system of electric car and the development of the teaching platform.As a module in the course of teaching of new energy vehicles,not only it can be used to show students working principle of automobile electric drive and teach students to learn for the maintenance for drive system of electric vehicle,but it can also check students what they have learned automatically.In the design and development of a tested about the drive system of electric car,first the passage analyzes several kinds of structure about the existing tested and combines the function requirements of the tested, than choose one of them as the tested structure.It verified the feasibility of the test bench through a variety of theoretical analysis.It designed the main parts of hardware. Secondly,it designed PC interface by using LabVIEW software,which can complete the teaching demonstration, evaluation of troubleshooting and data real-time monitoring and so on. And then solved the problem of communication between PC and auxiliary controller, and solved the problem of communication between auxiliary controller and Settings box, relay box. Finally run the testbed which has built, operate the PC interface, operate fault set and ruled out, monitor and analyze the real-time data on the PC interface.The experimental results show that the tested about the drive system of electric car can run in good condition. whether it’s on the PC interface or on the fault Settings panel,it can both set successfully.Besides,it can also collect the related data accurately in real-time and be displayed on the PC screen.Therefore,it prove that the testbed can accurate communication between PC and auxiliary controller,and communication between the auxiliary controller and fault Settings box, relay box. The research has practical application value for teaching and examination of electric vehicle maintenance and repair technology.
