The development of new energy vehicles, especially pure electric vehicles, is notonly an integral part of national energy change and strategic orientation, but also thepotential of the automotive industry transformation and the future automotive marketdevelopment. The Improvement the overall performance of pure electric vehicles inaddition to energy saving and intelligent degree and so on, can significantly improveits cost-effective, which is the important means to promote practical pure electricvehicle industrilization and marketization. However, advanced electronic control andintegration control technology is the key way to improve the overall performance ofpure electric vehicles.In this paper, according to the subject of Jilin University automobile dynamicsimulation Laboratory and Jiaxing Min Kai auto parts Co., Ltd.(the Minth),which issmall-size electric vehicle control system design,based on the performance and usedemand of the target electric vehicles, design this small-size electric vehicles controlsystem.As the "brains" of the modern automotive, vehicle control system has animportant role in coordination and supervision of the various systems and institutions.This article start from the drive control objectives, through the driver intentionanalysis, to arrive at a desired speed and base on the comparison of the desired speedand the actual speed, control the desired torque of the motor output, thereby to controlthe speed travel goals that the driver expected to, narrowing the error of the actualdriving and pilot exercise goals to the limit.In order to verify the effect of the vehicle control system,this article will test thespeed control performance of the control system through a virtual simulation of two conditions that is uniform and accelerated, and try to analysis.
