Research On The Realization And Optimization Method Of The Circulation Quantity Control In The Intermediate Product Of The Ship

With the development of science and technology, the requirements of manufacturing process control are also increase. As an important part of China’s manufacturing industry, the level of manufacturing technology and production control of shipbuilding industry in China has a considerable gap comparing with foreign countries. There are a large number of shipbuilding enterprises in China, but few enterprises can really get high profit. The reason is that most of the shipbuilding companies in China are still in the production mode of inventory control, which is unable to effectively respond to market demand and change,it is difficult to guide enterprises to obtain high income. Therefore, the ways of controlling the production of the ship with the circulation quantity control instead of the stock quantity begin to be valued by people. Circulation control is aimed at controlling the flow of the intermediate products to achieve the elimination of ineffective production, and achieve the purpose of balanced continuous production. It is of great significance to improve the actual production capacity of enterprises.This paper studies how to realize the circulation quantity control of the intermediate product of the ship. At home and abroad on the basis of the status, starting from the important factors affecting the circulation of the intermediate products of shipbuilding, the key points of the control are analyzed in detail, and the weight of these key points are analyzed.Then, according to the production status of most ship enterprises,this paper puts forward the improved method and the realization way of the production control mode from the working hours, the standard group, the production plan, the logistics management and so on.Finally, this paper combines the characteristics of the production of intermediate products, starting from the intermediate product in the production of balance, in-depth study of the intermediate product flow control optimization method. To solve the optimization problem, this paper establishes a mathematical model, the solving process is given. Effective optimization method is provided for the realization of the flow control of the intermediate products of the shipbuilding industry.
