Under the impact of financial crisis,our countries' shipbuilding industry has been in the doldrums for a long time.Although this two years our shipbuilding order increases slightly,the ship is suppressed very low price,and we have to face the pressure of the rising price of raw material and labour.The shipbuilding industry in China is still not optimistic.The ministry posted a file called “The guidance of how to promote our country to establish modern shipbuilding mode further” in 2012.It pointed out that the shipping companies want to develop healthily and persistently,only by changing the denotative development model based on heavy investment.Beside,it said we should improve the efficiency of shipbuilding continuously to reduce the shipbuilding cost.So,domestic shipbuilding companies had turned to the foundation management.They strengthened the management of shipbuilding refinement and forecasted the analysis of plan and reality.“Manufacturing capacity” is just the ratio of output input.This paper study the ship intermediate product manufacturing capacity based on lean shipbuilding answers the call.Starting from the definition of manufacturing capacity,this paper studies the acquisition method of various parameters,gets the manufacturing capacity curve,finds out the influence factors of the manufacturing capacity and proposes some improvement methods.It provides realistic guidance for shipbuilding enterprises.This paper mainly includes:(1)Guided by the theory of lean shipbuilding,this paper clarifies the main process of assembly shipbuilding.And on this basis,it decomposes the process of ship construction according to the characteristics called “area/stage/type” and establishes the contents and intermediate products' form of hull,outfitting and painting.Then,on the basis of intermediate products,combining with the classified rules of work package,it determines the ship intermediate products' standard work package.(2)Starting from the concept of “labor productivity” in the Toyota management,this paper gives the definition of intermediate products and work packages' manufacturing capacity which accord with actual production.Then,it illustrates the collection method of two parameters called “target man-hour” and “actual working man-hour”.The approach to target man-hour is through man-hour and volume quota;The approach to actual working man-hour is through the daily feedback based on work package/work order management mode.(3)This paper takes 58000 DWT bulk carrier as an example,and it divides some block into many intermediate products and work packages.With a double bottom block as an example,it illustrates the collection method of two parameters in detail.According to the summary data,it computes the manufacturing capacity of every intermediate product work package and the the whole hull work.Then,it draws curves of manufacturing capacity.(4)According to the trend and outliers of manufacturing capacity curves,combines with the definition of intermediate products' manufacturing capacity,this paper finds out the influencing factors of intermediate products' manufacturing capacity.Then,it puts forward some promote ways of manufacturing capacity.
