| In the case of continuous deterioration of my country’s ecological environment,the energy consumption is increasingly severe,highway transportation as large energy consumption and carbon emissions in the transportation industry,causing social attention.In this context of this environment,it is far-reaching significance for the analysis and research on the "Green Total Factor Productivity(GTFP)" of the Shaanxi Provincial Highway Transportation Industry.In this paper,based on the common evaluation method of the Total Factor Productivity(TFP),this paper combines the characteristics of the Shaanxi Provincial Highway Transportation Industry,which is selected for the evaluation method based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).In the basic research units in Shaanxi Province,the DEA-Malmquist index model is used to measure,evaluate and decompose the changes in the green full factor productivity of the province’s highway transportation industry in2010-2019.The technical progress index,the pure technical efficiency index,and the scale efficiency index,revealing the overall development of GTFP in Shaanxi Province.On the basis of the GTFP Malmquist index,the traditional TFP is compared with the GTFP considering environmental benefits.In addition,it is effective for energy-saving and emission reduction measures in Shaanxi Province;on the other hand,it will be close,Shaanxi,San Shaanxi The GTFP of the area performs differential analysis,so that the classification guidance can be taken,the principle of treating the treatment,the implementation of dismoving measures.Finally,the regression analysis of GTFP affecting the road transportation industry in Shaanxi Province was used to use the TOBIT model.In combination with the cause of the provincial economic and political environment,it provides ideas and recommendations to provide ideas for decision makers to provide ideas and recommendations in GTFP countermeasures in Shaanxi Province.The results show that the improvement in energy structure,the investment of human capital and the improvement of marketization,the improvement of GTFP in Shaanxi Province;the rapid economic development and the increase in road infrastructure,and cannot bring the corresponding improvement of road transport GTFP.The development of GTFP development in Shaanxi Province has a clear regional differential feature,requiring distinctive emission reduction measures to achieve equilibrium emissions,and promote the development of the Shaanxi highway transportation industry towards low carbonization and green development. |
