Because of such advantages as low cost, large stiffness, high strength, fine stabilization and so on, cement stabilized macadam is widely used semi-rigid base in high grade highway. At present, the cement stabilized macadam base employs by layered in our country, but because of the layered construction exists between layers combined with bad construction crack, longer constructing period, more difficultly need our country highway pavement longevity and the requirements of large-scale construction. With the rapid development of road construction machinery in China, entirety large depth cement stabilized macadam base construction technology conveniently. However, the lack of systematically summarize on the interior design of mix proportion test standards and the construction technology for research, the paper aims at these problems are studied.The paper depend on the skeleton dense type of cement stabilized macadam mixture ratio design method of screening tests, the mix proportion design of indoor design standards, and through field test section paving construction technology conclude entirety large depth test section. First of all, the paper expounds the structure and working principle of vibratory compaction instrument, adopting vibration tester for the relationship between time and dry density curve, it is concluded that the vibration compaction and vibration molding specimens of time. Secondly, the paper contrasts vibration compaction and heavy compaction the maximum dry density and time, synthesis grading decay and unconfined compressive strength and size were tested comparative theoretical analysis, and is verified using the data in the site construction, reached the conclusion that using vibration compaction control the mixture ratio design is more effective in site construction. In addition, in order to ensure the construction quality, the comparison between the roller compaction in the process of construction scheme of entirety large depth. Finally, equipment can more effectively using, choice paver as main equipment, testing of the type and amount of configuration, quality, cost, construction efficiency and construction as the goal to optimize resource equilibrium configuration.The paper base on standardization of asphalt pavement construction in Yunnan province project, on the basis of experiment and theory, combining to the highway pavement technology services entity engineering and related research, highway construction has carried on the construction of entirety large depth mixture ratio design and construction technology research, the highway construction in Yunnan province has a certain practical significance.
