Traffic safety production is related to people’s lives and property, and even concerns the overall economic development and social stability. With the continuous development of transport and social progress, people are increasingly concerned about traffic safety, and put forward higher requirements of managements on traffic safety, however, traffic security management has become growing complex and important due to the presence or influence of various factors. Therefore, in order to continue to build people’s satisfaction with transport services, there is an urgent need for the whole community to adapt to the new normal management for traffic safety actively. we need explore new ideas and innovative approaches,take on more responsibilities, and work in close collaboration, as a result, we can carry out strict control and efficient management in aspects of human, machine, material, ring,legislation and other transportation industrial production elements, besides, we can finally minimize security risk and realize "zero defect" in management, "zero tolerance" in hidden danger, "zero casualty" in production. So this paper mainly aimed to study and discuss about taking fine management in Hanzhong’s Traffic Safety management. Based on analyzing the situation of Hanzhong Road Traffic Safety Management and learning the experience of relevant road safety management at home and abroad, we propose countermeasures and security recommendations combined with local conditions to improve fine Management of traffic safety.You can see the innovation of this paper as follows. In the context of our country’s promoting social fine governance and on the basis of the situation of road traffic safety management in Hanzhong city. the paper relates to furthering systematization, fining main responsibility for road safety management in the country from the perspective of fine management, actively explores new ideas and measures under new normal management of road traffic safety, and make efforts to form the shared chain of the awareness of responsibility, bearing of responsibility, accountability for the purpose of building a strong traffic safety production defense by each activity of specific management service,thus help society enhance governance as a whole.
