The Ministry of science and technology "Twelfth Five Year Plan" focus on building resource-saving and environment-friendly, and further implement the basic state policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment. Warm mix asphalt material in function keeps the characteristics of the traditional asphalt mixture, environmental protection and energy consumption is far superior to the hot mix asphalt mixture. In China, energy shortage and environmental awareness is gradually strengthening. Study on warm mix asphalt material used in high grade road is of great significance.This paper chooses four kinds of warm mix addition agent, basing on the indoor experiment, analyses different warm mix agent on asphalt penetration, ductility, softening point and viscosity influence, determine the types of warm mix asphalt mixture temperature by viscosity temperature curve of construction materials; followed by the Marshall test method for warm mix asphalt mixture design and verification of viscosity temperature curve to determine the accuracy of construction temperature; high temperature rutting test, low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test analysis of different warm mix agent on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture based on the effect of warm mix agent recommended, suitable for cold regions of high grade asphalt pavement; finally through the test road, construction quality inspection of asphalt mixture, construction technology of warm mix asphalt mixture.Increase the amount of mixing temperature and, gradually increase with the dosage of needle penetration and test results show that the warm mix agent Aspha-Min dat asphalt softening point is small, but the extended with two there is a big change, in a certain temperature and mixed agent dosage, dosage of greater ductility is low; needle penetration and ductility of Sasowam and Sasobit content gradually decreased, but the softening point increased. Aspha-Min SasowamSasobit asphalt viscosity temperature curve change rules are basically the same, there is an inflection point temperature, when the temperature is below the inflection point temperature, viscosity with warm mix admixture increases when the temperature is higher than the inflection point temperature, viscosity with warm mix agent dosage increase and decrease. Different temperature agent is mixed on the same asphalt mixture compaction effect exist significant differences, in achieve the same criteria dat can reduce the construction temperature 35 degrees Celsius, Sasowam reduce construction temperature of 27 degrees, Sasobit, reduce the construction temperature of 25 degrees, Aspha-Min reduce the construction temperature of 18 degrees. Under the optimum asphalt content, the optimum asphalt content of warm mix asphalt and the corresponding volume index are not quite different from the hot mix asphalt. The high temperature stability of the mixture was improved after adding four kinds of warm mixed agent, but only the DAT warm mix agent improved the low temperature cracking resistance ability of the mixture. Raw materials and construction mode is the effect of warm mix asphalt mixture construction quality the most important factors should be strict control corresponding technical specifications and requirements, focus on mixing, transport, paving and rolling a few stages of temperature control, so as to guarantee the warm mix asphalt mixture quality meet the specification requirements.
