Study On The Model Of Rural Council Position Construction In Qinling Mountains Valley Region

In 2014, the State Council issued the "national model town planning(2014-2020)", to promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas "into the guidance of urbanization in the country in the healthy development of the macro, strategic and basic planning. This has welcomed the opportunity for the development of China’s vast rural areas. As an important project in the construction of new rural areas, the construction of rural council position, to improve the rural public services, promote the development of rural areas have played an important role. In this paper, the Qinling Mountains River Valley Township Village positions as the research object, the study of its architectural characteristics to propose appropriate architectural design strategies and technical means to guide the construction of village positions. In the research process, using questionnaires, interviews, observations and photography, statistics methods, the status of rural public service facilities, and different users of village level positions in the actual demand situation for comprehensive and systematic records, and theoretical analysis, the article puts forward strategies that can be used in the construction of village center in the Qinling River Valley Township.
