With the increasing development of automotive electronics technology, request for more precise control of vehicle parameters, therefore, the number of electronic control units is increasing, resulting in an increase in the wire harness, the circuit complexity, increased quality, costs and other problems. In order to reduce costs, optimize the structure, all the electronic control units must connect a network, and can save space and information transmission, a multiplexed bus communication system is indispensable, CAN bus communication mechanism can satisfy the communication requirements.During development of new cars, engineers can not put all the work environment and condition of the vehicle electronics reflected on the real, therefore, a vehicle CAN bus network simulation system is necessary. To meet the requirements of the vehicle CAN bus system, and ensure the exchange of information between the electronic control units smoothly, the topic is Based on CAN bus protocol, developed to meet the requirements of the vehicle network design, determine the network topology and network communication protocols.The use of Vector’s CANoe software to build a complete vehicle CAN bus network simulation system, used for vehicle CAN bus test and simulation analysis. Using the “CANdb++” compile the network database, using the panel editor to complete network communication protocol required for actuator and sensor simulation, using the CAPL language manage the nodes and the entire network behavior.The topic is based on the vehicle CAN bus simulation analysis, using the vehicle CAN bus network simulation system for vehicle electronic electrical system test and simulation analysis. Test procedures to CANoe software as a test platform, combined with the single node, bench and vehicle to monitor and simulate the signals of electronic control unit. Through analyzing the test and simulation results, Verify the performance of the vehicle network design and CAN bus systems is stable, reliable and real-time.
