In recent years, with the continuous development of automobile electronic technology,and people on the properties of automotive related requirements, and electronic control unit(ECU) for the car with electric quantity is constantly increasing, the mutual communicationbetween them is no longer through the traditional way of point to point, instead it is doneby on-board network. To avoid the traditional wiring is expensive, high weight, difficult,poor reliability faults distribution, at the same time of lower production cost, and make surethe safety of the vehicle, real-time, but also meet the needs of people.There are many kinds of on-board network, with CAN bus is widely used at home now.On-board network test is the important means to validate design and development ofnetwork, there is often do test of single node and real vehicle testing. Real vehicle testsrelated problems in the process, have to be apart again for real vehicle, it is difficult totargeted improvement. This requires between single node and real vehicle tests, add asimulation of real vehicle test process, to help improve the development and application ofthe whole network.Combining with the actual project of vehicular CAN network simulation test platformfor the research and development, and the complete hardware and software are designedand developed a simulation model. The simulation test platform to simulate the realworking condition of the real vehicle, but also can simulate each message and the signalcontroller and the node communication, realize the real vehicle real operation environment,and the whole test bench is not closed, all electrical appliances plug is convenient, thevehicle wiring harness is clearly visible, in the software design of simulation model anduniversal. Simulation test platform CAN completely replace the real vehicle test, found theproblem after rectification timely and convenient, on the same vehicle CAN networkdevelopment has the vital significance. This article also on the related experiment havebeen carried out to verify the simulation test platform, through the network communication,network management and network functionality each respects such as simulation test, andverified the practicability, validity and reliability of test platform. At the same time alsoprove the feasibility of this topic research.
