Compared with other types of gear reducer, planetary gear reducer has many advantages, such as small volume, light weight, high bearing capacity, long service life, stable running, low noise, compact structure, large transmission ratio, etc. Planetary gear reducer can undertake power split, and is widely used in engineering machinery, construction machinery, light industry, textile, medical equipment, instruments and meters, automobile, ship, weapon and aerospace and other industrial sectors. However, Noise and vibration in the work have a certain influence on the running accuracy of the whole system. The dynamic characteristics of planetary gear reducer is studied, and the natural frequency and vibration mode is given, and the system natural frequency sensitivity of kinetic parameters is analyzed, and the reliability robust optimization design is given. The main work is as follows:The dynamic model of planetary gear reducer is established by lumped parameter method. Differential equation of movement of the system are presented, and on the basis of it, the displacement matrix, mass matrix and stiffness matrix are deduced; The system equivalent mesh stiffness is obtained by Ishikawa method. The inherent characteristic of the system is Analyzed in detail, and then each order modal figure is presented.The robustness of the system is studied, The sensitivity of natural frequency to the quality and stiffness is analyzed; and through the parameter sensitivity analysis, the influence on design parameters on the system dynamic performance is determined, The mathematic mode of the gear transmission robust reliability optimization design based on sensitivity analysis is established, and optimized with Multi-objective optimization method, the result shows that optimization results of this method is better than the original design because it improves its quality robustness and design efficiency.
