With the development of society and the continuous progress of hydraulic technology, the application of synchronous motor in hydraulic synchronous system is more and more, synchronous motor control of the synchronous precision is higher, so much favor. This paper is based on the two gear synchronous motor, pressure compensation for the load deviation is added between the motor and the actuating element, improving the synchronous precision of the gear type synchronous motor.First of all, for the synchronous error analysis of gear type synchronous motor of load, the deviation is mainly caused by synchronization error, the pressure compensation valve is the principle of the load deviation pressure compensation. By analyzing the structure of the original pressure compensation valve, it is found that there are unreasonable problems and the structure is optimized and improved. Optimization of inlet and outlet flow passage of pressure compensation valve, the main valve core part adopts the design of the valve sleeve structure. Thereby improving the process performance and the feasibility of the production and processing of the pressure compensating valve.Then, on the design of the valve sleeve structure radial hole quantity determination of open, through the FLUENT software for pressure compensation valve added the valve sleeve in a number of different radial hole, the influence on pressure compensation valve import and export pressure and velocity of flow field simulation analysis. Through the simulation analysis of the flow field, the optimal number of the radial hole of the valve sleeve is determined, which has less influence on the pressure and speed of the valve, which provides a reliable theoretical guide for the valve structure improvement.Finally, the synchronous motor and pressure compensation valve for plate type integration, through the design of a dedicated integrated valve block for integration. In this paper, the two league gear type synchronous motor integration due to the synchronous motor in the collecting and distributing, pressure compensation valve working position is different, so design around the two valve block should be distinguished. The integration of the synchronous motor and the pressure compensating valve is further improved by the design of the proprietary integrated valve block, which makes it more standardized. Through the design of the plate type integrated, the system of the synchronous motor pressure compensation valve is more widely applicable, and it can be applied to more work occasions, and improve the use value of the system.
