Condition monitoring of rotating equipment can improve the safety, reliability and availability of equipment, in the face of the shortage of the traditional cable monitoring system based on WSN is proposed mechanical vibration monitoring system. In the field of mechanical vibration monitoring, WSN is facing the high frequency signal pickup, reliable high precision data acquisition, data storage and transmission and power supply. If these problems can be solved, WSN will have a good prospect. In this paper, the main work will be around the above researches on the part of the problem.Firstly, analysis the requirements of the system, high-performance STM32 has been adopted as the control center and high integration Si4463 as the core of wireless transceiver in the Monitoring and gathering node. Monitoring nodes with high precision,large range, wide bandwidth of the MEMS acceleration sensor and 16 bit resolution ADC sampling chip achieves a high frequency vibration signal and high-precision acquisition.Nodes integrated with large capacity FLASH as a data storage device which uses storage before transmission scheme, and solves the contradiction between high speed data acquisition and wireless transmission at low speed.Secondly, based on the hardware platform, the software embed μC/OS-II real-time operating system with reasonable task scheduling and management. Using Visual Basic6.0 development tools, the software has been designed which is suitable for vibration monitoring. It is provided with the command control, data waveform display and network topology structure function. Improved wireless monitoring mode of network organization,reliable data transfer mode and the corresponding packet transmission format.Finally, the monitoring system reliable data transmission are verified, and compared with the traditional cable vibration sensor test to verify the performance of the monitoring system. Through the test, the wireless monitoring system can meet the requirements for condition monitoring of rotating machinery vibration.
